At LICKS®, we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a LICKS® product you purchased from our website (www.lickspillfree.com), you may return the product for a replacement product or refund within the first 90 days after purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of LICKS® products sold by unauthorized sellers, the LICKS® Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How to Claim the Guarantee

If you purchased your product from www.lickspillfree.com, please complete the LICKS® Satisfaction Guarantee Request Form and then submit the form. If you purchased from a seller other than lickspillfree.com, you must provide a proof of purchase to us either by email to info@lickspillfree.com or by mail to:

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

LICKS® reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion if a customer is abusing the LICKS® Satisfaction Guarantee.
